How do I return an item? Return Policy: Please inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives. If you suspect any damage, you can refuse the product or make a written statement on the freight bill before you sign and accept shipment. If you are not present for delivery or discover concealed damage, please contact our customer service department (contact@beanbagzilla.com) as soon as possible for instructions. Please retain all packaging for return shipments. If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased from Beanbagzilla for any other reason, you may return it for a full refund. However, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return authorization. We will not accept returns after 5 days. Also, please be aware that return shipping charges will be your responsibility and you must retain all packaging for return shipments.
For incorrect items, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will then arrange for pickup of the incorrect product and either issue a refund or exchange at no cost to you.
Return Instructions:
Product Warranty: Our bean bag chairs are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at their discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for return instructions. Beanbagzilla will then make the necessary arrangements to insure that the warranty issue is handled promptly. Please see individual product pages for specific warranty information. |
