Shipping:

How are the products shipped?

Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping is FREE within the 48 continental United States.

How long will it take for my product to ship?
Fuf chairs usually ship within 2 weeks. However, since they are made to order, it is not unusual for Fuf chairs and other product made by Comfort Research to take up to 3 or 4 weeks to ship.

Most of our other products ship in 3-5 business days, but please see the individual product pages for specific shipping estimates.

How do I track my order?
If available, tracking numbers will be sent via email when your product ships.

Will you ship outside of the continental US?
Due to the size of our products, we are unable to ship outside of the continental US.

Is Overnight or Express shipping available for your products?
No. Express shipping service requires additional charges, and it can be very expensive due to the size of the chairs (often several times higher than the cost of the bean bag chair).

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Do you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to Canada at this time.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military addresses at this time.




Return Policy:

Please inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives. If you suspect any damage, you can refuse the product or make a written statement on the freight bill before you sign and accept shipment. If you are not present for delivery or discover concealed damage, please contact our customer service department (contact@beanbagzilla.com) as soon as possible for instructions. Please retain all packaging for return shipments.
 
If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased from Beanbagzilla for any other reason, you may return that product for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. However, return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Returns accepted within 30-60 day from the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase. Please retain all packaging for return shipments.
 
For incorrect items, you must contact us within 1 week of delivery. We will then arrange for pickup of the defective product and either issue a refund or exchange at no cost to you.
 
Return Instructions: 
  • Contact our customer service department (contact@beanbagzilla.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns received without an RMA number will be returned without exception.
  • Items must be in the same new, unused condition as when shipped along with its original packaging. No credit will be given for damaged returns

Product Warranty:

Our bean bag chairs are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at their discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for return instructions. Beanbagzilla will then make the necessary arrangements to insure that the warranty issue is handled promptly. Please see individual product pages for specific warranty information.
